Expanding Our Mission of Giving Back

Every year, thousands of children from low-income families can't afford basic school supplies. That’s why we host our annual back to school rallies—providing fun, educational activities and giveaways for students in grades K-12.

Don't miss this our 9th annual event! Still Standing. Still Strong.  

Join us Saturday, July 31st from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Greenbriar Mall for school supplies, backpacks, a raffle, prizes, entertainment and a youth fashion show. Meet NBA All-Star coach Shareef Abdur-Rahim, Atlanta CIty Councilwoman Keisha Lance Bottoms, Harry the Hawk from the Atlanta Hawks and others. Come and enjoy a RealTalk ATL forum for teens, Kids Corner and Community Resource Fair and more.

In August 2008 and 2009, Future Foundation’s rallies in Atlanta, Georgia and Oakland, California, distributed more than 2000 free backpacks filled with school supplies to students in need. These events and their impact on the community continue to grow each year. Our rallies feature:

• Voter registration, spoken word performances and guest speakers.
• Face painting, music, characters and clowns.
• Parenting workshops promoting education and non-violence.

How You Can Help Students in Need                          

We believe education is key to a successful future, but we can’t do it alone. Give a gift now             and get involved to help Future Foundation continue programs that make a difference in the lives of youth at risk and the community. Thank you!
